“When we moved into our home, it was about 3 years old and the basement was finished. Not long after living in the home we noticed hairline cracks forming around the bullnose corners down the basement stairwell and into the basement rooms. As time went on the cracks got worse and crumbled. A few summers back we had our water heater converted to tankless and that required gas pipes to be changed. The ceiling was finished drywall and many substantial holes had to be made to accommodate this. We needed the drywall work done and had called local tradespeople in the area. We received very high estimates, or our calls simply weren’t returned. A friend recommended Cory. He contacted us quickly, assessed the situation, and gave us an honest estimate for time and cost. He was always up front with the time it was going to take, when he would be here, and what to expect. As this was during Covid, he was always masked upon entry, and was always friendly and approachable. He stayed true to the original estimate. We trust Cory and because of that we have a beautiful basement that our family enjoys more than ever. We will definitely use Cory again in the future and recommend him to anyone who asks.”
